| 1/2 of the puppy needs to be paid by the time the puppy is 4 weeks of age. Puppies and transportation fees need to be paid in full by the time they are 6 weeks of age (no personal checks). The puppy is free to go to its new home at 8-9 weeks of age (at the discretion of the breeder), if it is paid in full and all transportation fees are paid. We do not accept personal checks on anything, but deposits. |

| Deposit for Goldens: $75 Deposit for Dachshunds: $100 This nonrefundable (but transferable in case of illness, injury, or death prior to the buyer receiving the puppy) deposit is required to hold the puppy of your choice until it is ready to go home with you. You do not have to place a deposit to be put on the waiting list but, realize that pick of puppy is in the order of deposit received, so if you know for sure that you want a puppy from that litter, we would strongly recommend placing a deposit to hold your spot in line. If you would like to place a deposit on a current or upcoming litter or be put on the waiting list for a current or upcoming litter, click on the button below: If the litter is already born, we will hold the puppy of your choice for 4 days while waiting on your deposit and signed sales contract/health guarantee. If we do not receive this within 4 days we cannot guarantee you will get the puppy of your choice. | To protect both the buyer and the seller we require both parties to sign a Sales Contract/Health Guarantee. By signing the contract you agree to all points of the contract and that all sales are final, therefore will be no cash refunds. Most of our puppies are sold with limited AKC registration. Once we receive proof (from lic. Vet) of spay/neuter (by the time the puppy is 6 months of age) we will send the registration papers to you. If you decide at that time not to spay/neuter, after we receive a $100-$150 payment, we will send the papers. If you want full registration (you will receive the AKC papers at the time of purchase) on a dachshund, we require references from your vet and someone you have purchased a puppy from. We do on occasion sell some of our pups with no papers, spay/neuter of these pups is required. ALL Adult Dogs (includes breeders, adoptions, & rescues) are sold as is with no papers unless otherwise noted. See the contracts below for more conditions of sale. You will need to send (see address below) this contract along with the applicable deposit before we will reserve the puppy/dog of your choice. Please call or email on the day you send your deposit so that we can look for it in the mail! NOTE: Please print 2 copies of the contract. Fill out the buyers info and sign both copies. | We prefer you to come to our ranch to pickup your new puppy (at 8 weeks) because we want to meet you! (To get directions, click on the "Yahoo maps" link below.) We only ask that you call ahead of time to make sure we are home. We must receive full payment 10 days (NO Personal Checks) prior to pickup or CASH for full payment at the time of pickup. |
| We would rather deliver (at 8 weeks) than ship, because we want to me you, the family of our puppy, even if it is just for a short time. We will deliver within the state of South Dakota and to surrounding states. We will also deliver 1/2 way if this works out better for you. You will get a discount if we or someone we know is already going in that direction! Delivery Rates: (for 1 or more puppy(ies)/dog(s)) $25 flat rate up to 100 miles $0.40/mile after 100 miles Once we have received your Full Payment, the applicable delivery fees we will set up a time/place to meet you. |
| Email or call about shipping rates (via Northwest cargo). In extreme weather conditions (too hot-85 and above or cold-29 and below) in all locations (our location, your location, and any layovers), we can only ship VIP ($100 more) because it is a shorter flight. We ship out of Bismarck, ND. We ask that you call your nearest airport and verify that NW airlines flies into your airport and that they will receive pets. All puppies must be 8-9 weeks old to be shipped (depending on the size of the puppy). At this time we are only shipping VIP. Shipping is around $350 for the Dachshunds and $375 for the Goldens. NOTE: Rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for current prices. We will try to keep what we quoted you, but with increasing airfare and gas prices, our shipping rates will increase. We must receive the sales contract/health guarantee, full payment (No Personal Checks) of puppy/dog, and applicable shipping fees, 10 days before we will ship. |
